Efya Nokturnal, a Ghanaian neo-soul singer, songwriter, actress, and performer, has stated that she wants to break the record for the longest legally published song.

The singer acknowledged that she has the potential to surpass the record for the longest-played song when speaking with Abieku Santana.

She remarked, “I think I can sing for a couple of hours.”

The “Best in Me” singer claims that she won’t necessarily have to stand for hours on end in order to break the record; she may simply sit while the song is being recorded.

According to the ‘Forgetting Me’ hitmaker, Hilda recorded 100 hours since she was cooking.

“We could make it amusing by saying that Ghanaian musicians came together to shatter a record. Every artist is welcome to participate, regardless of location, by singing a 10-minute song that will be broadcast live on television,” she added.

The accomplishment of Hilda Baci breaking the record for the “longest cooking marathon” sparked the conversation.

Dr. Pillai, who wrote and recorded a single song based on the entirety of the lyrical work “Shri Ram Charit Manas,” which has more than 15,000 verses, currently holds the record for the longest legally released song title.

The 16th-century Indian bhakti poet Goswami Tulsidas wrote the epic poem in the Awadhi language, a dialect of Hindi.
