National Communication Authority Unveiled Disputes Resolution Committee to settle various disputes between entities in the telecommunications industry.
Speaking at the launch Board Chair for NCA Nana Okatakyie Ababio Boakye Danquah said Dispute Resolution Committee served as Comprehensive guide for all stakeholders in the electronic communications industry and provide legal solutions for networks operators or service provider and consumers when disputes arises.
In furtherance of transparent ond openness, the Authority shall consider all response as confidential through Disputes Resolution Committee.
