Ghanaian Beat Maker Forqzy Beatz Breaks Guinness World Record Attempt for Longest Recording Marathon
Ghanaian beat maker and sound engineer, Manasseh Tawiah Nartey, popularly known as Forqzy Beatz, has set his sights on breaking the Guinness World Record for the longest recording marathon with multiple artists. In a remarkable feat, Forqzy Beatz has already surpassed the previous record set by Nigerian beat producer Emmanuel L. Hawwal Ogungbadero, who recorded 15 artists during his attempt.
Forqzy Beatz’s record-breaking journey began on Sunday at 10 PM, within the forecourt of the Tema Metropolitan Assembly. Since then, he has been tirelessly working to achieve his goal of a 100-hour Rec-A-Thon, which is expected to last for five days, culminating on Thursday, March 28th, 2024.
Breaking the 40-hour, 19-minute mark set by his Nigerian counterpart, Forqzy Beatz has already recorded an impressive 65 artists, showcasing his exceptional talent and dedication to the craft.
